TRAC Staffing Honors Contributions of Temporary, Contract Employees to Fort Smith, Arkansas’s Economy

Established by the American Staffing Association, this commemorative week honors the millions of temporary and contract employees working for U.S. staffing agencies each week.

In Arkansas alone, over 30,000 temporary and contract employees work in the staffing and recruiting industry every week. These positions are across almost all industry sectors and professions, and the majority are full-time. These jobs also often lead to permanent work.
